Aluminum RV Window Latches

The DP-203 series latch is a replacement window latch for dual pane windows manufactured by Atwood and found in motorhomes and trailers manufactured by Monaco, Holiday Rambler, Dolphin, Beaver, and Winnebago. Often referred to as the "2 inch Atwood latch," the DP-203 series latches are a direct replacement for DH287-CK (black) and DH407-CK (red) latches.

The DP-203 series latch is a two-piece latch fabricated from 6061-T6 aluminum, which is stronger and more UV resistant than the OEM plastic latches. It includes stainless steel hardware, an anodized color coat, and all necessary mounting hardware. The DP-203-BLK is black anodized; the DP-203-Red is red anodized.

Each kit includes two allen wrenches for easy installation, along with instructions for assembly, installation, and removal of the OEM latch. The latch mounts in the original OEM 1/4″ diameter mounting hole — no modification of the existing window frame required.

Important: If the original OEM mounting hole was enlarged during removal of the old latch, the DP-203 series latch will not mount correctly. Contact Pacific Northwest Tooling to purchase a customized latch pin. Take care when removing your old latch (read the instructions).

Sizing note: If you are in doubt about sizing, download the Identification Guide below to determine the proper size latch. Our recommended approach: dual-pane windows use DP latches; single-pane windows use SP latches. The DP-203 and SP-158 differ by only 3/8″ in length — an extra identification hole on the dual-pane latch body makes them easy to tell apart.

The SP-158 series latch is a replacement window latch for single pane windows manufactured by Atwood and found in motorhomes and trailers manufactured by Monaco, Holiday Rambler, Dolphin, Beaver, and Winnebago. Often referred to as the "1 5/8 inch Atwood latch," the SP-158 is a direct replacement for B801-CK (black) and B081-CK (red) latches.

The SP-158 series latch is a two-piece latch fabricated from 6061-T6 aluminum, stronger and more UV resistant than the OEM plastic latches. It includes stainless steel hardware, an anodized color coat, and all necessary mounting hardware. The SP-158-Blk is black anodized; the SP-158-Red is red anodized.
